Uniwork Solutions offers corporate gifting and related products, which may include customised T-shirts, mugs, bottles, keychains, cushions, stickers, posters and other promotional or gifting merchandise. Product availability, personalisation options, minimum quantities, pricing and production requirements may vary by item and order.
3. Eligibility and Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or submitting an enquiry, including your name, contact details, delivery address and customisation requirements. For corporate or bulk orders, you should ensure that the person placing the order is authorised to act on behalf of the relevant business or organisation. We may contact you to clarify incomplete details before accepting or processing an order.
4. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, colours and specifications accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials and production methods. Illustrative photographs or mock-ups may not represent the exact appearance of every finished customised product. Any material differences or order-specific specifications will be communicated where appropriate.
5. Customised Products and Artwork Approval
Many products offered by Uniwork Solutions may be customised according to customer requirements. Customisation may include names, text, logos, photographs, artwork, colours, designs, quantities or other specifications agreed for an order. Customers must carefully review all information submitted for customisation, including spelling, names, dates, logo placement, design files, dimensions and other relevant details. Where a digital proof, mock-up or design approval is provided, the customer should review it carefully before confirming production. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may involve additional costs and delays. Any such request will be reviewed based on the production stage and agreed order terms.
6. Customer-Provided Materials and Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they have the necessary permission or rights to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, text or other materials submitted for customisation. Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or unauthorised materials. Uniwork Solutions may request proof of authorisation or decline a request where there is a reasonable concern regarding legality, intellectual property rights or production feasibility Customers retain rights in their own materials, subject to the permissions required to fulfil the relevant order. No ownership of customer intellectual property is transferred to Uniwork Solutions merely by placing an order.
7. Pricing, Quotations and Taxes
Product prices and quotations will be displayed or communicated through the website or directly by our team. For customised, corporate or bulk orders, the final price may depend on product type, quantity, customisation, materials, packaging, shipping and other agreed specifications Any quotation will be subject to its stated validity period and terms. Orders may require written confirmation of the final specifications and price before production. Applicable taxes and other charges will be disclosed as required by law. No tax registration details or tax treatment should be assumed unless specifically provided on the applicable invoice or quotation.
8. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order or enquiry does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. We may contact you to verify details, confirm availability, clarify specifications or obtain artwork approval. An order will be processed after the applicable order details, payment and production requirements have been confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform the customer and arrange an appropriate cancellation and refund of amounts paid, subject to applicable law.
9. Payments
Payments through the website are processed using Razorpay and its supported payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be paid for using the payment methods offered at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may be held until payment confirmation is received. Customers should not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card security codes or banking passwords with anyone claiming to represent Uniwork Solutions. If a payment is debited but the order confirmation is not received, please contact us with the transaction reference so that the payment status can be checked.
10. Production and Delivery
Delivery is available within India, subject to serviceability and the shipping arrangements available for the destination. We may use Shiprocket and associated courier partners to arrange shipment and provide tracking information Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customisation, order quantity, artwork approval, material availability, courier serviceability and other factors Any estimated timeline communicated for an order is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch accepted orders promptly. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. Additional time or charges may arise from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order should be sent to info@univorksolution.com or by calling 8750490600 as soon as possible.
Customised orders may enter production soon after confirmation. Once production or personalisation has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be feasible. We will review requests based on the order’s status and communicate any applicable options. These terms do not exclude cancellation, refund or other remedies that customers are entitled to under applicable law.
12. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Customised products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once they have been made to the customer’s specifications, except where a return or remedy is required under applicable law. This restriction does not remove a customer’s rights in cases involving defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming products.
